Tom Selinger, president of Selinger Homes, Inc, has long been known as a premier builder in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area. Originally from Wilton, Connecticut, Tom graduated from Lynchburg College in 1980 with a master in education. Tom then re-located to Charlottesville in 1986, knowing then it was destined to be one of the best places to live in America!

Prior to starting his successful building career, Tom was the soccer coach and Athletic Director at The Miller School for Boys. He now lives in Keswick with his wife Annette and their daughter Emily. Tom Selinger’s custom homes can be found throughout Albemarle in some of the most beautiful communities in the County……. Virginia Farms, Beau Mont Farm, & over 22 architecturally designed homes at Glenmore Country Club alone! Working together with renowned local architects such as Daggatt & Grigg and dbf associates, Tom has set a standard of excellence in each and every project.

Most recently, Tom developed Bargamin Park Community in the beautiful Crozet countryside; west of town. He personally managed the construction of these 27 “sellout” town homes, but it doesn’t end there…currently under construction is Belmont Village, in the heart of downtown Charlottesville! These 27 exceptional town homes will surely be the hottest selling product in the city this Spring & Summer of 2007!
